Before you Enrol, Student Information
Choosing the Right Course
Course fees, payment options and available funding vary depending on the course and your eligibility.
Prior to enrolment you’ll receive information regarding:
- course fees
- payment terms
- available funding (where applicable)
- cancellation and refund conditions
- employer-sponsored training arrangements.

Entry Requirements & Course Suitability
Entry requirements vary depending on the training product.
Many of our courses involve practical, high-risk activities and require participants to safely undertake practical training and assessment.
Prior to enrolment we may discuss:
- previous experience
- prerequisite units
- language, literacy, numeracy and digital capability
- fitness for practical activities
- support requirements
- workplace or employer requirements
If you have a disability, injury, medical condition or require additional support, we encourage you to discuss your needs with us before enrolment. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where they do not compromise safety or the integrity of the training product.

Learner Support
ArbTrack is committed to supporting every learner throughout their training journey.
Support may include:
- Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) support
- Reasonable adjustment
- Additional learning support
- Flexible learning arrangements (where appropriate)
- Referral to external support services
Support is available before enrolment, throughout training and during assessment.
If you believe you may require assistance, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
Credit Transfer
If you’ve previously completed nationally recognised training with another Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or authorised AQF issuing organisation, you may be eligible for Credit Transfer.
Applications must include appropriate evidence, such as:
- Statement of Attainment
- Qualification Certificate
- Authenticated USI Transcript
Credit Transfer applies only where unit equivalence can be confirmed.
Digital Capability & Learner Portal
Some courses require learners to access the ArbTrack Learner Portal to obtain resources, complete assessments, monitor progress or communicate with trainers.
The level of portal use varies depending on the course.
If you’re unsure about your digital capability, or require assistance accessing the Learner Portal, please contact us before your course begins. We’ll discuss the course requirements and any support that may be available.
Complaints & Appeals
ArbTrack values learner feedback and is committed to resolving complaints and appeals fairly, confidentially and promptly. If you have a concern regarding your training, assessment or overall experience, we encourage you to raise it with us as soon as possible. Complaints and appeals are managed in accordance with our Complaints & Appeals Policy.
