How do I access the ArbTrack Learner Portal?

Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you’ll receive login details and instructions for accessing the Learner Portal (if applicable).

The Learner Portal allows you to access course resources, complete assessments (where applicable), monitor your progress, view results and download certificates.

If you’re experiencing difficulties accessing the Learner Portal, please contact our administration team.

Not always. The Learner Portal supports many of our courses by providing access to learning resources, assessments and learner information. The level of portal use varies depending on the course you are undertaking.

Basic digital skills are beneficial for many of our courses, particularly qualifications with ongoing learning and assessment requirements. If you’re unsure about your digital capability, please let us know before your course begins. We’ll discuss the course requirements with you and identify any support or alternative arrangements that may be available.

Where the Learner Portal forms part of the course assessment process, participants are expected to use it to complete the required learning activities. If you have concerns about accessing or using the portal, please contact us before your course commences. In some circumstances, alternative arrangements may be available where they do not compromise the training or assessment requirements.
